Calvin has over 30 years experience in the IT sector, servicing a broad and diverse range of industries and clients. Prior to forming The TLC Group, Calvin held a number of senior management and board-level positions at Computacenter, Dimension Data and most recently BMC. Coupled with Calvin’s natural leadership skills, industry experience and business acumen, he brings an insight into the company in terms of the client experience and how best to innovate, disrupt and execute in the recruitment industry for the benefit of our clients and candidates.
Tiago specialises in building full multi-disciplined technology teams on both a contract and permanent basis. His success originates from his ability to understand the requirements of his client’s and using that information to put together experienced technology teams that can deliver tangible value to the business. Over the last few years, Tiago has built full Data Science and Analytics teams, Product teams and API Programme teams at a host of leading global brands.
