Business Analyst (Outside IR35)

£350 – £500 per day

We are closely working with a Digital Transformation Services Provider. They have undertaken a large-scale, confidential project at a leading organisation, and they are looking for a few Business Analysts to help them deliver it. Outside IR35

• At least 5+ years of experience as a BA and least 3+ years of overall analysis experience in a technical environment.
• Demonstrated flexible approach to managing late requirements & scope changes
• Ability to work with a wide range of business and technical stakeholders to identify the interdependencies and facilitate change and develop Stakeholder Comms
• Ability to identify non-functional requirements (eg. security, release strategy etc)
• Can work closely with business stakeholders to deliver
• Can identify the data quality issues & data cleansing requirements required for data migration
• Can perform risk assessments on solution & delivery options
• Good knowledge of SQL
• Experience of working with web services and cloud migration
• Hands on analyst who can work closely with developers to evolve workable solutions
• Can demonstrate persistence and tenacity in chasing stakeholders, tracking & closing down tasks
• Must have experience in liaising with Product Owner, Java Developers, Testers and Cross functional teams
• Must have knowledge and experience working in Agile Environment using SCRUM framework
• Must have wide Onsite Client facing experience
• Excellent analytical, communication and leadership skills are required
